Welcome to Queenspaw. By accessing and using our website (queenspaw.com) and our canine grooming and pet hotel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

1. Service Definitions

At Queenspaw we offer professional canine grooming services and exclusive lodging for large breed dogs. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Show grooming and maintenance haircuts.
  • Specialized baths with flea treatments and quality products.
  • Basic hygiene and grooming care.
  • Canine lodging in secure and adapted facilities.

We specialize in the care of competition dogs. We do not offer veterinary medical services, animal breeding, or care for puppies in specific neonatal stages.

2. Customer Acceptance and Responsibility

By booking any of our services, you declare and guarantee that:

  • You are the legitimate owner of the pet or have the necessary authorization to request services on their behalf.
  • Your pet meets the basic health requirements to receive grooming services (does not have contagious diseases, untreated open wounds, etc.).
  • You have provided truthful and complete information about your pet's health and behavior history.
  • You accept that Queenspaw is not responsible for undeclared pre-existing health conditions.

3. Limitations and Exclusion of Liability

Queenspaw will exercise the utmost care and professionalism in the provision of its services. However, you agree that:

  • Grooming and aesthetic services are performed with the owner's consent, and we are not responsible for allergic reactions to standard industry products, provided they have been used according to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • During lodging, although all safety measures are taken, we are not responsible for minor injuries resulting from natural interaction between dogs in supervised socialization areas.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that shows extreme aggression or poses a danger to our staff or other animals, without the right to a refund if the behavior was not previously declared.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings for grooming or lodging must be made in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a lodging reservation during peak season. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice for grooming services may incur an administrative fee. For full details of our cancellation policy, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All content on this website (texts, logos, images) is the property of Queenspaw or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
